复合型肥料对辣椒素及其相关次生代谢物质积累的影响与相关分析 被引量:4

摘要 为研究辣椒果实中辣椒素及其次生代谢物质的合成积累与相关关系,以‘L024’为试材,在盆栽条件下,研究了5个复合型肥料处理对辣椒果实中辣椒素与木质素、总酚、类黄酮等相关次生代谢物质合成积累的影响及果实发育期中这几种相关次生代谢物质的相关关系。结果表明,施用1/3有机肥+1/3无机复合肥+1/3生物复合肥的辣椒中辣椒素及其相关次生代谢物质(木质素、总酚、类黄酮)含量均为最高,并与其他肥料处理之间差异达到极显著水平;辣椒素类物质和木质素之间呈极显著正相关,木质素和类黄酮之间呈显著正相关。在辣椒生长发育阶段施用复合型肥料有利于辣椒素与木质素、总酚、类黄酮合成途径中共同前体物的生成,进而促进辣椒素及其相关次生代谢物的合成,其中配施复合型肥料最有利于辣椒素及其相关次生代谢物的合成积累。 the accumulation and correlation of capsaicin and lignin, total phenols, flavonoids were studied with the pepper variety 'L024' planted in pots as material. The results showed that the application of 1/3 organic fertilizer + 1/3 inorganic compound fertilizer + 1/3 biological compound fertilizer was highest with the capsaicin, lignin, total phenolic and flavonoid contents. Its difference between other fertilizer treatments is very significant, capsaicin had high significant positive correlation with lignin, lignin had significant positive correlation with flavonoids. The syntheses of capsaicin and its secondary metabolites is enhanced by promoting production of common precusor of capsaicin, lignin, total phenolic and flavonoid when compound fertilizer were applied at growth stage.
