摘要
以嘉阳煤矿3118薄煤层工作面为工程背景,通过现场工程地质条件分析,建立力学模型,推导切缝角度和高度的理论公式,利用数值计算方法,确定预裂切顶合理参数,并分析作用效果.结果表明,薄煤层顶板预裂切缝具有明显的角度与高度效应,合理的预裂切顶参数为预裂切缝角度为20°、孔深4m.研究成果在嘉阳煤矿3118工作面成功应用.为薄煤层切顶卸压自动成巷技术的推广应用提供基础.
In the engineering background of No. 3118 thin coal seam face, the joint-cutting angle and theory formulas of height were obtained, through analyzing the site of engineering geological conditions and establishing the mechanical model. The reasonable parameters and the function effects of the pre-splitting roof were analyzed by numerical method. The results show that the thin coals pre-splitting roof joint-cutting has great related to the angel and height. Appropriate pre-splitting roof joint-cutting parameters were necessary to the effect of cutting roof and release pressure automatically formed roadway. Twenty degrees and four meters were suitable for thin coals pre-splitting roof ioint-cutting. This research had been successful applied at No. 3118 seam face in Jiayang mining. It provides foundation for generalizing the technology of cutting roof and release pressure and automatically formed roadway.
