摘要 基因芯片技术已广泛地应用于微生物研究中,它具有高通量、高时效性、重复性强等优点。本文主要阐述基因芯片技术的基本原理及其在军团菌检测、血清分型与分子分型等方面的应用概况。 The microarray has been widely utilized in microorganism research with advantage of high-throughput, high-efficiency and repeatability. This article describes the basic principle and methodology of the microarray, and its application for Legionella identification, serum typing and molecular typing.
