不同精粗比日粮对肉用绵羊的生产性能影响 被引量:19

Effect of Different Dietary Forage to Concentrate Ratios on the Growth Performance of Mutton Sheep

摘要 为了研究不同精粗比玉米秸秆型全混合日粮对肉用绵羊的生产性能影响,试验采用单因素随机区组设计,选用健康、体重、月龄相近的小尾寒羊与本地羊杂交F\-1代公羔羊30只,体重为20.18±1.97kg,随机分为Ⅰ组(精粗比4∶6)、Ⅱ组(精粗比5∶5)、Ⅲ组(精粗比6∶4),每组10只,进行预饲期10d,正式期60d的育肥试验。结果表明:日粮精粗比为6∶4的Ⅲ组60d育肥平均净增重最高11.90kg,平均日增重最高为198.32g/d,分别比Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组高17.93%和8.58%,显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组,差异显著(P<0.05)。日粮精粗比为6∶4的Ⅲ组的屠宰率为47.18%,净肉率为37.13%,均高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组,胴体重和净肉重分别为14.94kg和11.76kg,分别显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组P<0.05,经济效益最高为112.24元/只。 In order to analyze the effects of different forage to concentrate ratios corn straw total mixed ration on the production performance of mutton sheep.This experiment adopted the single-factor randomized block design,selecting the smalltail Han sheep with similar health,weight and months of age crossed with local sheep;the hybrid F1 generation lambs were30,with the weight of 20.18±1.97 kg and randomly assigned into group I(4:6),group II(5:5)and group III(6:4),with 10 lambs in each group during the 10 days pre-feeding period and officially for a period of 60 days fattening test.The results showed that group III gained the highest 11.90 kg weight gain,and average daily weight was the highest 198.32g/d which significantly increased(P〈0.05)by 17.93% and 8.58% than group I and II.The slaughter rate and pure meat percentage in group III were 47.18% and 37.13% respectively,which were all higher than the group I and group II.In group III,carcass weight and pure meat weight were 14.94 kg and 11.76 kg respectively,which were significantly higher than group I and group II(P〈0.05),and the highest economic benefit of each sheep was 112.24 yuan.
