微生物添加剂宜生贮宝对全株玉米青贮营养成分影响的研究 被引量:10

摘要 为了探讨微生物添加剂宜生贮宝(Sila-Max)对全株玉米青贮品质的影响,应用近红外光谱技术(NIR),对宜生贮宝添加剂全株玉米青贮饲料感官性状、NIR指标进行了分析,结果表明:试验组粗蛋白、30h体外干物质消化率、30h中性洗涤纤维消化率(NDFD)、总可消化养分指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),达到了优质青贮饲料的标准,添加微生物添加剂宜生贮宝(Sila-Max)能够明显改善青贮饲料的营养成分,从而有效地提高青贮饲料品质。 The effects of Sila-Max additives on the nutritional value of whole-plant corn silage in silos were evaluated in this study.The sensory properties and near infrared spectroscopy(NIR)index of whole-plant corn silage were analyzed by the NIR.The results showed that crude protein,digestibility on 30 hof dry matter in vitro,neutral detergent fiber(NDFD)and total digestible nutrient of experimental group were significantly higher than control group(P〈0.05),and the neutral detergent fiber of experimental group was significantly lower than control group(P〈0.05),so the experimental group had reached the quality standard of silage.In conclusion,the microbial additives-Sila-Max can obviously improve the nutrients of silage,as to improve the quality of silage effectively.
