中药复方锦黄口服液体外抑菌及防治仔猪腹泻的试验效果

Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound Jinhuang Oral Liquid on Antibacterial in Vitro and Treatment of Diarrhea in Piglets

试验通过分组,观察复方中药制剂锦黄口服液预防和治疗仔猪腹泻的临床效果,以及对引起仔猪腹泻常见病原菌的抑菌效果。结果表明:"锦黄散"对猪致病性大肠杆菌、魏氏梭菌表现为不敏感,而对空肠弯曲菌、克雷伯氏菌、仔猪痢疾密螺旋体和坏死杆菌均表现为低敏。锦黄口服液对吮乳仔猪的治愈率为88.57%,总有效率为92.90%,预防保护率为100%,与黄栀口服液、甲磺酸左氧氟沙星注射液相比,临床治疗效果显著。

This paper aimed to investigate the effects of the Jinhuang oral liquid on preventing and treating diarrhea,and inhibiting the common pathogenic bacteria of diarrhea in piglets.The results showed that the Jinhuang oral liquid is not sensitive to E.coli and clostridium westergren,but is less sensitive to jejunum bending bacteria,klebsiella,diarrhea treponema of piglet and necrosis bacillus.The cure rate of Jinhuang oral liquid against piglet diarrhea is 88.57%,total validity is 92.90%,and the preventive rate is 100 %.The clinical effect is remarkable compared with Huangzhi oral liquid and mesylate levofloxacin.
