Teaching Practice and Exploration of“Introduction to Modern Biotechnology”for Students with Animal Science Specialty

21世纪是生命科学的时代,生物技术发展迅猛,特别是分子生物学的发展,快速推动了生物技术的突飞猛进,新理论、新技术层出不穷,理论与技术不断更新,给《现代生物技术概论》教学带来了极大的挑战。本文以甘肃农业大学动物科学专业本科《现代生物技术概论》教学为例,从教学内容、教学方法、实验教学和考核机制等方面对现代生物技术概论本科教学进行实践探讨,以促进《现代生物技术概论》本科教学质量的提升。

21st century is an era of life science.Biotechnology has dramatically developed.Recently with remarkable development of molecular biology,new theories and new technology have appeared successively and teaching of biotechnology is meeting great challenge.In order to improve teaching quality of animal science specialty,this paper have explored some methods in the teaching content,teaching methods,experimental teaching,and appraisalmechanism to improve the teaching quality.
