摘要
某养羊户将5头35kg左右仔猪圈入羊舍,计划育肥后宰食,动物疫控部门在羊布鲁氏菌病检测净化工作中,用试管凝集试验检测发现同舍内羊血清阳性率为13.39%(15/112),随即同法检测仔猪,发现3头仔猪已经感染了布鲁氏菌;而追溯出售仔猪的养猪场,没有检测到阳性猪;该养羊户4人中有1人的血清经疾控部门用布鲁氏菌试管凝集试验检测为阳性。经细菌分离鉴定,感染羊的细菌是羊种生物3型布鲁氏菌。这个案例表明,仔猪可在24d内自然感染羊种生物3型布鲁氏菌,并可用试管凝集试验检测到阳性,同时也说明,严防羊布鲁氏菌病是防控人间布病的重要环节。
A sheep farmers brought five piglets about 35 kg into the sheep shed and planned to slaughter after fattening.In the detection of Brucella melitensis purification work by animal disease prevention and control center,results were found that the sheep serum positive rate was 13.39%(15/112)within the same sheep house by the tube agglutination test.Then the same method was used to detect piglets,and we found that three piglets have been infected with Brucella.When tracing the piglets' farms,all pigs were positive through detecting.There was one farmer one of the four farmers was detected to positive with Brucella tube agglutination test.By the isolation and identification of bacteria,the bacteria infecting sheep is Brucella Melitensis Biovar 3.This example showed that the piglets can naturally infect with sheep species of Brucella Melitensis Biovar 3within 24 days,and the result of tube agglutination test was positive.It also shows that the sheep brucellosis prevention is an important part of the prevention and control of brucellosis.
