摘要
以国家5A级景区张家界和韶山为研究样本,以问卷调查数据为基础,通过对被访者背景数据的比较分析、运用因子分析和线性回归法对不同区域影响景区游客满意度感知的数据进行统计分析,揭示了影响游客服务质量满意度感知因素的一般规律和区域差异特征,主要体现在三个方面:一是游客旅游目的地选择的差异;二是游客感知的服务质量满意度影响因素的差异;三是游客感知的服务质量满意度主要影响因素的差异。
Drawing from the history of the tourism industry development, Soft environment is more important than hardware, and the tourists satisfaction is an important index of the evaluation of tourist soft environment. Comparing the differences of satisfaction on the scenic spot perception, not only helping pitching-in the soft environment construction,but also having the significance of helping the different scenic spots to overcome and improve the weak link of tourist services, raise the level of tourism management, and promote coordinated development.This research takes the national5 A grade scenic spot of Zhangjiajie and Shaoshan as research samples, bases on the questionnaire survey data, by comparing the respondents background data analysis, impact on the different regions of the scenic area tourist satisfaction perception of data for statistical analysis by using the method of factor analysis and linear regression, reveales the factors influencing the satisfaction of service quality perception of the general regularity and characteristics of regional difference.Mainly reflected in three aspects: one is the difference between tourist destination choice, the second is the influence factor of tourists perception of service quality satisfaction, the third is visitors to the main factors that influence the perception of service quality satisfaction.
