肇源新港可持续发展的对策研究

Countermeasures Study of Sustainable Development of Zhaoyuan Newport

疏通黑龙江、松花江和乌苏里江等水运通道,完善港口建设,实现江海联运,这是落实"龙江陆海丝路带"战略的本质要求。因此,以大庆肇源新港为例,分析在这一战略背景下肇源新港发展的新机遇,厘清其在"龙江陆海丝路带"战略的节点功能,进而提出肇源新港可持续发展的对策。这不仅是肇源新港新常态下的理论诉求,更是黑龙江省水运通道其他港口面临和亟待解决的共性问题。

It was an essential requirement for the Heilongjiang land and sea silk road strategy to clear Heilongjiang,Songhua River and Ussuri River and other water transport channels and to improve the port construction in order to achieve the transportation between river and sea. Therefore,taking Daqing Zhaoyuan Newport as an example,the new opportunities of Zhaoyuan Newport development were analyzed in this strategic background,its node function in Heilongjiang land and sea silk road strategy was clarified,then the countermeasures of the sustainable development of Zhaoyuan Newport were put forward. It was not only the theoretical pursuit of Zhaoyuan Newport under the new environment,but also a common problem to be solved faced by other water transport channels and other ports in Heilongjiang province.
