摘要 文章以海南A企业为研究对象,首先介绍了该企业的基本情况,然后基于食品应急物流具有复杂性、短期性和安全性的特点,针对该企业在食品应急物流管理现状存在的问题,为了建立在安全可靠下的企业食品应急物流管理工作,提出要规范对应急食品的合理维护,优化仓库在配送、加工、包装等方面的服务能力,建立不同食品应急配送作业流程,强化对食品应急运输的管理能力等建议,不仅可以降低该企业的应急物流成本,也为其类似的企业提供可参考的意见。 In this paper, Hainan A company is used as the research object. First, the basic situation of this enterprise was introduced, and then based on the complexity, short term and safety features of emergency food, suggestions such as regulating the reasonable maintenance of emergency food, optimizing the service capability of the warehouse in distribution, processing, package and other aspects, establishing the emergency distribution process for different food, strengthening the management capacity for food emergency transportation and so forth were proposed specific to the current problems of the enterprise in food emergency logistics management, in order to establish the corporate food emergency logistics management work under the safety and reliability. Thus, not only the emergency logistics costs of the enterprise can be reduced, but also reference views can be provided to other similar enterprises.
