运用活动—组织流程图的方法研究S公司现有售后服务维修业务流程,该方法运用活动—组织流程图的邻接矩阵和可达矩阵,发现现有流程中存在的问题,并提出改进意见,验证分析优化前后的流程,并进行效果评价。研究结果表明:该方法能够快捷有效地发现流程中存在的问题,为企业流程优化提供科学有效的方法和依据。

This paper use the method of activity-organization flow chart to analyze the maintenance process of S company. This method applies the adjacency matrix and reachable matrix of the activity-organization flow chart, discovering problems in the current process, and eliminate, combine, restructure, simplify the activities in the process. Evaluate the effect of optimization. The results show that the method can quickly and effectively find the problems in the process and provide effective tools for process optimization.
