钦州港港口物流绩效评价指标体系研究

Research on Performance Evaluation Index System of Port Logistics in Qinzhou Port

现代化的港口服务效率和创新直接影响到港口物流的增长及港口城市综合竞争力的提升,因此选取科学指标对港口绩效进行评价尤为重要。文章在借鉴国内外学者对港口物流绩效评价指标体系的基础上,选取科学的指标,运用定性与定量相结合的方法构建模型并确定指标权重,最后结合钦州港进行实例分析,并根据实证分析结果给出相应发展对策。

Modern port service efficiency and innovation directly affect the growth of the port logistics and upgrading of the port city＇s comprehensive competitiveness, thus selected scientific indicators to evaluate the performance is particularly important. In this paper, according to scholars of port logistics performance evaluation system, select scientific index, using qualitative and quantitative methods to build the model and determine the index weight. Finally, taking Qinzhou port as an example, and give the corresponding development countermeasures based on empirical results.
