考虑零售商回收的双渠道闭环供应链协调定价模型

摘要 构造了电子商务环境下制造商开通网上直销渠道,零售商进行传统零售并且对废旧产品进行回收的双渠道闭环供应链博弈模型。分别计算了集中决策和分散决策下供应链各节点企业的最优定价策略,然后以集中决策下的最优定价策略为基准,通过设计一份收益共享—费用分担契约,即制造商分享一部分制造商和零售商的销售总利润,同时承担一部分零售商的回收费用,从而实现了分散决策下供应链系统的协调。最后,通过算例分析,验证了该契约的有效性。 A dual-channel closed-loop supply chain game model with manufacturer performing online sales and retailer carrying out traditional retail and recycling waste products was established under the context of E-commerce. We calculate the optimal pricing strategy of supply chain members under centralized dicision-making and decentralized dicision-making respectively. Moreover, we design a profit and expense sharing contract basing on the benchmark of the optimal result of centralized decision-making, namely that the manufacturers share part of the sales profits of manufacturers and retailers,at the same time pay for part of the retailer's recovery, in this way the supply chain system with decentralized decisionmaking mode could be coordinated. Last but not least, we verify the effectiveness of our proposed coordination pricing mechanism through a case study.
