物流管理(职业师资)本科专业“双师型”人才培养模式研究与实践

Research and Practice of “Double Qualification” Personnel Training Mode of Logistics Management Specialty

针对广西师范学院物流管理与工程学院(以下简称学院)物流管理(职业师资)专业人才培养模式现状及存在的不足,提出面向产业发展,符合中职学校物流管理专业教学需要的"双师型"人才培养新模式。依托本专业的建设平台优势,在产教融合、校企合作、创新创业、转型发展等方面,创新教学工作思路;依托平台优势,构建"双师型"人才协同育人新模式。经过六年的研究与实践,学院物流管理(职业师资)本科专业学生的专业能力和教学技能得到迅速提升,面向中职师资的"双师型"本科专业人才培养模式的改革与实践取得了明显的成效。

In view of the shortage of professional personnel training mode of the logistics management in our school, put forward for the industrial development, conform to the needs of new mode＂double division type＂talent cultivation of secondary vocational school logistics management professional teaching. Depends on this platform advantages, professional construction in fusion, university-enterprise cooperation, innovative entrepreneurship education, the transformation of development, innovation teaching ideas, set up the cooperative education in the＂ double division type＂ new pattern. After six years of study and practice of logistics management（vocational teachers） in our school undergraduate students＇ professional ability and teaching skill get rapid ascension, for secondary vocational teachers of＂ double division type＂ undergraduate talents training mode reform and practice have achieved obvious results.
