中医“治未病”在民航飞行员健康管理中的应用思考

Discussion on “Preventive Treatment” of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Airline Pilot Health Management

通过阐明现代健康管理及中医"治未病"的相关概念及其关系,分析中医药在健康管理中的优势。结合近年健康管理理念在民航航空卫生保健中的应用研究,指出中医"治未病"是具有中国特色的健康管理,符合当前民航卫生保健工作的需要。充分认识"治未病",将其运用到民航日常卫生工作中,可有效减轻飞行员的医疗卫生负担,保障职业健康,进而从医学层面上提高飞行员工作效率、保证飞行安全。

This article analyzed that the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in health management,by illustrating that related concepts and relationship of modern health management and ＂Preventive treatment＂in traditional Chinese medicine. The article pointed out that ＂Preventive treatment＂of traditional Chinese medicine was China- specific health management,which conformed to current requirements of civil aviation health care,according to applying research of health management concept in civil aviation health care in recent years. Fully understanding ＂Preventive treatment＂of traditional Chinese medicine,and applying it to daily health work in civil aviation can effectively reduce medical cost,safeguard pilot＇s health,improve work efficiency and ensure flight safety from a medical level.
