短疗程针灸联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎疗效观察

Acupuncture Combined with Methotrexate of Short Course in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:观察短疗程针灸联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床效果。方法:收集符合标准的RA患者80例,随机分为两组,治疗组予针灸联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,对照组仅予甲氨蝶呤治疗,疗程1个月。观察并记录治疗前后类风湿因子、血沉、C反应蛋白、白细胞计数及DAS28评分,分析病情变化情况。结果:治疗1个月后,两组治疗总有效率分别为78.05%、51.28%,两组比较差异显著(P=0.004)。组内比较显示治疗组DAS28、ESR、CRP、RF较治疗前下降(P<0.05),对照组ESR、CRP、RF较治疗前下降(P<0.05),治疗组降低RA疾病活动度有统计学意义(P=0.001),对照组降低RA疾病活动度作用不显著(P>0.05)。组间比较显示治疗组DAS28、RF下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:短疗程针灸联合甲氨蝶呤治疗RA可更好降低RA病情活动程度。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with methotrexate treatment of short course on rheumatoid arthritis（ RA）. Methods： 80 cases of RA collected according to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was for treated with acupuncture combined with methotrexate,and the control group was treated only with methotrexate. The course of treatment was for one month. Results： After one month treatment,the total effective rates of two groups were78. 05% and 51. 28%,respectively,and the difference was significant（ P = 0. 004）. Within group comparison DAS28,ESR,CRP,RF were decreased as compared with those before treatment in treatment group,with a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. ESR,CRP,RF compared with those before treatment were decreased in control group,with a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Disease activity of RA was reduced in the treatment group with a significant difference（ P = 0. 001）,but it was reduced in the control group with no significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Between two groups it showed that DAS28,RF were decreased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant in the treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with methotrexate of short course in the treatment of RA can better reduce the degree of disease activity of RA.
