小针刀结合牵引、手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症40例

Curative Effect of Small-needle-knife Therapy,Dimensional Traction and Manipulation on 40 Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察小针刀结合牵引、手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将80例符合标准的腰椎间盘突出患者简单随机分为两组,每组40例,对照组予三维牵引及手法治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加小针刀治疗。结果:治疗组治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀结合牵引、手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效较好。

Objective： To observe the effect of small- needle- knife therapy,dimensional traction and manipulation on lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated by dimensional traction and manipulation,and patients in the observation group were based on the therapy in control group,and add small- needle-knife therapy. Results： The effect of observation group was better than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）.Conclusion： Small- needle- knife therapy,dimensional traction and manipulation for treatng lumbar disc herniation are better.
