耳管灸结合针刺治疗周围性面神经炎的临床观察

Clinical Effect of Ear-tube Moxibustion Combined with Acupuncture on Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的:观察耳管灸结合针刺治疗周围性面神经炎的临床疗效。方法:将30例周围性面神经炎患者随机分为两组,均在常规药物治疗的基础上,治疗组15例采用耳管灸结合针刺,对照组15例采用温针灸结合针刺,用面神经分级量表Facial Nerve Grading Scale 2.0(FNGS 2.0)观察两组疗效,比较两组总体治愈率和平均治疗次数,并观察不良反应。结果:两组患者在治疗前FNGS评分具有可比性,P>0.05;在治疗2周后,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗4周后,两组疗效相当,P>0.05。两组总有效率无差异,但治疗组平均治疗次数少于对照组,P<0.05。治疗组未观察到不良反应。结论:耳管灸结合针刺能有效促进患者尽快恢复,减少治疗次数,经济安全有效,值得推广运用。

Objective： To explore the effect of ear- tube moxibustion combined with acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods： Thirty patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups：a treatment group and a control group. On the foundation of the routine medicine treatment,fifteen patients in the treatment group received ear- tube moxibustion combined with acupuncture therapy,while other fifteen patients in the control group accepted warm needle moxibustion combined with acupuncture therapy. Facial Nerve Grading Scale 2. 0（ FNGS2. 0） was used to measure the treatment effect. The recovery rate,therapeutic times and adverse effects of two groups were assessed and recorded together. Results： There was no statistical difference on FNGS2. 0 between two groups before and four weeks after treatment（ P〉0. 05）. However,the therapeutic effect of treatment group was much better than that of control group after two weeks＇ treatment（ P〈0. 05）.The recovery rate had no difference between two groups,while the total therapeutic times in the treatment group were significantly less than those in the control group. No adverse effect was found during the treatment process.Conclusion： Ear- tube moxibustion combined with acupuncture is worth application and extending in the clinic because it is effective to accelerate the recovery of patients with peripheral facial paralysis and reduce the number of treatment times without adverse effects.
