从瘀热证论治脓毒血症的理论及临床研究

治疗危重性脓毒血症取得非常好的疗效,并以两则医案具体说明瘀热证是中医比较特殊的证候之一,虽然由当代学者周仲瑛教授首先提出,但其类似的内容在《内经》中就可以窥见;而医圣张仲景在《伤寒杂病论》中所提出的太阳蓄血证,阳明蓄血证,肠痈证,阳毒证,瘀热黄疸证都是典型的瘀热证,其中的桃核承气汤,抵当汤,大黄牡丹皮汤,升麻鳖甲汤均为治疗瘀热证的代表方;明清温病学派的兴起,温病卫气营血辨证的确立,使瘀热证的诊断治疗达到高峰;瘀热证为脓毒血症的中医治疗提高了理论和技术支持。

The treatment of severe sepsis has very good curative effect,and two cases illustrate the stasis heat syndrome is one of the special syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine. Although the contemporary scholar Pro- fessor Zhou Zhongying first proposed it,the similar content could be seen in the ＂Internal Classic＂. The location of blood amassment in Taiyang,Yangming syndrome of blood stasis,acuteappendicitis card,Yang toxin syndrome, and syndrome of stagnation of blood stasis in Doctor Zhang Zhongjing＇s ＂Shanghanzabinglun＂ belong to typical stasis heat syndrome. In it,Taohe Chengqi decoction,Didang decoction,Dahuang Mudanpi decoction,and Sheng- ma Biejia decoction are representative prescriptions for the treatment of stasis heat syndrome. The rise of the school of epidemic febrile diseases in Ming and Qing Dynasties and the establishment of warm disease blood syn- drome make the diagnosis and treatment of blood stasis to reach the peak.
