An Overview of Rural Domestic Waste Management Progress

介绍了我国近5 a农村生活垃圾治理工作和进展情况,总结了在经营模式、经费分担机制、收运处理模式等方面的经验,探讨了治理过程中存在的模式粗放、财政投入不足、法规和章程缺失、管理机构缺位和错位等问题,并就进一步加强农村生活垃圾治理提出建议。

The situation and progress of rural domestic waste treatment in the past 5 years were introduced. The experience of operation model,expenses sharing mechanism,as well as collection and transportation model were summarized. The problems existing in the process of governance of extensive mode,insufficient financial resources,lack of regulations and rules and poor management organization were discussed. In addition,favorable suggestions on how to further improve domestic waste management in rural areas were proposed.
