摘要
从三冲量的理论公式入手,给出了三冲量的具体算法,并在实践中进行了验证,解决了危险废物焚烧由于废物热值不稳定造成余热锅炉汽包蒸汽产量不稳定的问题,使汽包水位的控制精度达到了±5 mm之内,证明了算法的可靠性。
Starting with the theoretical formula of three impulse,we put forward the specific algorithm of three impulse and verified it in practice. The problems of unsteady steam output from steam drum of waste heat boiler,which resulted from unsteady heat value of hazardous waste were solved. The control precision of water level of steam drum was within 5mm. The reliability of the algorithm was proved.
