摘要
通过调查桂林市辖县所有生活垃圾处理设施的现状,分析其存在的问题,提出了完善县级生活垃圾处理体系的对策,即加大力度对现有填埋场进行提标改造,采用BOT或PPP方式新建垃圾无害化处理设施,以及通过TOT方式提高渗沥液处理站的运营管理水平。
By investigating the status of domestic waste treatment facilities in all county towns of Guilin city, the existing problems were analyzed, the countermeasures to improve the system of domestic waste treatment at county level were put for- ward, including to increase the intensity of the existing landfill to carry out lifting standard transformation, to build new garbage harmless treatment facilities by use of BOT or PPP way, as well as through TOT way to improve the operation and management level ofleachate treatment station.
