表现为巴特综合征的婴儿先天性失氯性腹泻一例 被引量：7

摘要 患儿女,7个月.因＂反复腹泻5月余伴发热咳嗽2d＂于2014年6月收住武汉同济医院儿科.患儿出生2个月开始出现腹泻,为黄色水样便,无黏液、脓血,无腥臭.每日2-5次.住院多次血生化检查提示低钠、低氯、代谢性碱中毒,给予对症支持治疗,好转后出院.患儿4个月时出现低钾血症,口服补钾效果不佳,仍持续性水样腹泻.入院前2d患儿开始出现发热（最高达38.7℃）、咳嗽、咳痰,大便次数增多,每日7-8次.既往史：患儿系第1胎第1产,胎龄37＋2周,孕期未发现明显异常.出生体重2.4kg,身长50 cm,混合喂养,可排成形大便.家族史无特殊,父母非近亲.
