柳氮磺吡啶致严重粒细胞缺乏合并肛周脓肿和感染性休克一例 被引量：1

摘要 临床上柳氮磺吡啶主要用于炎症性肠病、类风湿关节炎和强直性脊柱炎的治疗.不良反应为药疹、中性粒细胞减少或缺乏症、血小板减少症及再生障碍性贫血、溶血性贫血及血红蛋白尿,偶见肝肾功能损害及消化道症状.现报道因应用柳氮磺吡啶治疗银屑病关节炎出现严重粒细胞缺乏合并肛周脓肿、感染性休克1例,总结救治经过,并结合国内外文献进行讨论,以期对临床医生有所帮助.
