Good’s综合征一例 被引量：4

摘要 Good’s综合征是以胸腺瘤、低丙种球蛋白血症、外周血B淋巴细胞减少或缺如为特点的一种原发性免疫缺陷病。多于成人发病，临床多表现为反复慢性呼吸道感染或腹泻。1954年Good首次报道，之后将这类疾病称之为Good’s综合征，20世纪90年代后期研究者发现，该类患者有B淋巴细胞产生分化障碍，
