Strategies for diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer in precise times

摘要 膀胱癌是我国泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,但目前在诊断和治疗方面尚难做到精准.高通量测序技术和生物信息大数据分析的快速发展,推动了医学发展进入精准时代.该文就膀胱癌的分子分型,免疫和转移状态评估,化疗、免疫治疗和靶向治疗疗效预测等方面进行阐述,为膀胱癌精准诊疗提供新的思路和策略. Bladder cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the urinary system in China,but it is still difficult to be accurate in the diagnosis and treatment.The rapid development of high-throughput sequencing technology and data analysis of biological information pushes the medicine to enter into the precise times.In the review,the recent progress of molecular subtype,assessment of immune and metastatic status,efficacy prediction of chemotherapy,immunotherapy and targeted therapy are summarized.It provides new ideas and methods for accurate diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer.
