结核分枝杆菌对吡嗪酰胺耐药相关研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 吡嗪酰胺（pyrazinamide,PZA）为一种烟酰胺类似物,是结核病化疗的重要药物之一,能够杀死处于半休眠期的MTB,从而将结核病的治疗周期从9～12个月缩减至6个月.虽然PZA在结核病治疗中发挥了关键作用,但其作用靶点和抗MTB作用的分子机制尚不十分清楚.近几年,随着耐药MTB的出现与传播,MTB的分子耐药机制得到广泛关注.MTB对PZA耐药机制的研究,不仅有助于了解耐药的发生原因,也有助于建立快速检测PZA耐药性的分子诊断方法.
