Th1/Th2 cells and cytokines in patients with unexplained recurrent miscarriage peripheral expression analysis

摘要目的探讨Th1/Th2细胞及其细胞因子与原因不明性复发性流产的关系。方法采用免疫荧光标记和流式细胞术检测38例URSA女性和30例正常女性外周静脉血Th1和Th2细胞频数,采用ELISA双抗体夹心法检测血清中Th1型细胞因子及Th2型细胞因子的水平。结果 URSA女性的Th1细胞比例和Th1/Th2比值明显高于对照组,Th2细胞比例明显低于对照组。URSA女性的IL-2和IFN-γ表达水平明显高于对照组,IL-4、IL-6和IL-10表达水平明显低于对照组。结论 Th1/Th2细胞及Th1/Th2细胞因子的病理性失衡是导致原因不明性复发性流产的重要原因。 Objective：Explore the Th1/Th2 cells and cytokines and unexplained recurrent miscarriage. Methods：By immunofluorescence labeling and flow cytometry detection of 38 cases of URSA women and 30 cases of normal peripheral venous blood Th1 and Th2 cells in frequency,using the double antibody ELISA method to detect type Th1 and Th2 cytokines in serum cytokine levels. Results：URSA women proportion of Th1 cells and Th1/Th2 ratio is significantly higher than the control group,Th2 cells percentage significantly lower than the control group. URSA women IL-2 and IFN-gamma expression level is significantly higher than the control group,IL-4,IL-6 and IL-10 expression level significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion：The Th1/Th2 cells and Th1/Th2 cytokines pathological imbalance is the important cause leading to the unknown cause sexual recurrent miscarriage.
