彩色多普勒超声筛查孕11-13^(+6)w胎儿结构畸形的探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声筛查孕11-13^(+6)w胎儿结构异常的价值。方法运用彩色多普勒超声2807例11-13^(+6)w胎儿多切面扫查,主要包括:胎儿矢状切面、颈部正中矢状面、颅脑切面、胸部切面、腹部切面、膀胱切面、上肢和下肢切面。结果超声筛查2807例胎儿,其中单胎2505例,双胎151例。发现可疑异常胎儿26例,共检测到结构异常36例:颈部淋巴水囊瘤12例;露脑畸形1例;全前脑4例;Dandy-Walker畸形1例;脉络丛囊肿2例;心脏异常4例;巨膀胱2例;脐膨出2例;肢体异常2例;单脐动脉4例;a波反向2例。结论孕早期超声筛查可检出多系统严重胎儿畸形,避免孕妇更大的精神和肉体的伤害,具有重要价值。 Objective:To explore the value of color Doppler flow image ultrasound in the screening of fetal serious abnormalities in first-trimester fetus. Methods:Two thousand eight hundred and seven fetuses were screened by the color Doppler ultrasonography at 11-13+6 weeks.Used following sections:fetal sagittal section,sagittal section in the middle of neck,brain,thorax,abdomen,bladder,upper and lower limbs. Results:A total of 2807 fetuses included 151 twins.36 sructural defects were detected in 26 fetuses,including cystic hydroma of the neck(12 cases),exencephaly(1 case),alobar holoprosencephaly(4 cases),Dandy-Walker(1 case),choroid plexus cysts(2 case),cardiac defects(4 cases),megacystis(2 case),exomphalos(2 cases),abnormalities of extremities(2 cases),DVa-wave in reverse(2 cases),single umbilical artery(2cases). Conclusions:Many fetal serious structural abnormalities could be detected by ultrasound screening in the first-trimester fetus,which could avoid more hurt of spirit and body for pregnant women.
