31例围产儿唇腭裂的临床资料回顾分析

Retrospectively analysis of clinical data of the epidemiological features of cleft lip and/or cleft palate in 8 years

目的探讨本地区围产儿唇腭裂的发生情况及相关因素,为制定适合本地区围产儿唇腭裂发生的孕期干预提供依据。方法回顾性分析2005年1月~2012年12月在嘉善中医医院出生的唇腭裂围产儿资料及相关因素。结果 8年间出生唇腭裂围产儿总数31例,其诊断以出生后诊断为主;总发病率：29.20/万,流动人口（30例）发病率：34.27/万,本地户籍（1例）发病率：5.37/万。流动人口围产儿唇腭裂中男性发病例数为：23例,女性发病例数为：7例,发病率分别为：48.18/万,17.59/万。流动人口围产儿唇腭裂的发生在不同的性别之间差异有显著性;流动人口与本地户籍围产儿唇腭裂发生的差异有显著性。结论流动人口围产儿唇腭裂发生率高,男性高于女性,需加强流动人口的优生优育宣传及孕期保健管理,提高其孕期检查率、产前筛查率和产前诊断率,采取综合措施加强围产儿唇腭裂的三级预防,对降低唇腭裂的发生率,提高整体出生人口质量有重要意义。

Objective：To explore the occurrence of cleft lip and/or palate,Provides the basis for formulating measures to intervene cleft lip and/or palate. Methods：Analysis of perinatal cleft lip and/or cleft palate during perinatal period from Jan 2005 to Dec 2012 was monitored. Results：31 cases of cleft lip and/or palate were defected in 8 years,chilopalatognathus and neural tube defect;The total incidence of perinatal cleft lip and/or cleft palate was 29.2/10000,floating population（30 cases,34.27/10000）,household population（1 case,5.37/10000）. All perinatal cleft lip and/or cleft palate of floating population,the cases of male were 23 cases,the cases of female were 7 cases,the incidence rate was 48.18/10000,17.59/10000 respectively. The incidence of perinatal cleft lip and/or cleft palate of floating population in different gender was significan;The incidences of perinatal cleft lip and/or cleft palate between floating population and household population were significan. Conclusion：The incidence of perinatal cleft lip and/or cleft palate of floating population was high,the incidences in male were higher than those in female. It should be strengthened to enhance publicizing health education and popularizing prepotency knowledge,and necessary to conduct tertiary prevention of perinatal cleft lip and/or cleft palate by taking comprehensive measures,and promote diagnosis technology to prevent cleft lip and/or palate and promote the quality of population.
