经皮穴位电刺激对小卵泡排卵体外受精患者妊娠结局的影响

The infl uence of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation to the pregnant outcomes of small follicle ovulation patients

目的探讨经皮穴位电刺激仪(韩氏仪,HANS)小卵泡排卵体外受精-胚胎移植患者妊娠结局的影响及机制。方法对既往小卵泡排卵病史患者在控制性超促排卵(COH)期间应用HANS仪治疗,并与使用安慰型治疗仪的对照组进行比较,观察其对卵泡生长、优质胚胎率以及妊娠结局等指标的影响。结果 HANS治疗仪改善COH效果满意,对照组与治疗组患者取卵前卵泡直径分别增长至(1.77±0.04)cm与(1.91±0.16)cm,子宫内膜厚度分别增长(9.08±2.39)mm与(10.46±1.17)mm。两组相比,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组较对照组的受精卵数及优质胚胎数均有所增加,差异显著(P<0.001)。结论 HANS仪治疗可以改善小卵泡排卵患者COH期间的卵巢反应性。

Objective：To investigate the influence of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation（HANS） to the pregnant outcome of small follicle ovulation IVF-ET patients. Methods：Compared the patients of small follicle ovulation treated with HANS during the period of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation（COH） with the control group. The growth of follicle,rate of top-quality embryo and the clinical pregnancy rate were monitored. Results：There was satisfy outcome of the HANS treatment. The follicle diameter of the control and treatment group before oocyte retrieval increased to（1.77±0.04）cm and（1.91±0.16）cm respectively;the endometrial thickness increased to（9.08±2.39）mm and（10.46±1.17）mm respectively,significant differences of both parameters were found between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The number of oosperm and top-quality embryo both significantly increased compared with the control（P〈0.001）. Conclusions：HANS can increase the ovarian response of small follicle ovulation patients during COH.
