肝细胞粘附分子在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及意义

摘要 目的 通过检测肝细胞粘附分子（hepaCAM）基因在膀胱移行细胞癌（TTCCB）组织中的表达,探讨其在膀胱癌发病中的分子机制.方法 选取TCCB组织15例为TCCB组,正常膀胱组织10例为对照组.以实时定量聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）法检测膀胱组织hepaCAM mRNA表达;Western印迹法检测hepaCAM蛋白表达.比较两组hepaCAM mRNA及蛋白表达的差异.结果 与正常膀胱组织比较,TCCB组织hepaCAM mRNA及蛋白表达均明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 hepaCAM基因低表达可能是TCCB发病潜在分子机制.
