抗静电少铬鞣黄牛鞋面革的工艺设计与优化 被引量:1

摘要 在抗静电黄牛鞋面革的研发中,设计了4种不同的湿态染整抗静电处理方式,选用不同抗静电材料进行试验,并对抗静电材料的用量进行优化,通过分析制备样品的体积电阻率和摩擦吸附纸片数,确定了湿态染整的最优方案为方案4,即:材料选用甜菜碱、用量为6%,进行处理可使样品获得较好的抗静电性能。在干态整饰中选用不同导电填充材料对涂层进行处理,常规涂饰样的体积电阻率为2.87×10^7Ω·m,而选用导电炭黑在2.5%用量下,可以使处理后样品的体积电阻率为10^1Ω·m,体积电阻率的降低效果十分明显。 In the research and development of the antistatic cattle hide upper leather,four different antistatic treatment schemes were designed,using different kinds of antistatic materials. The dosage of antistatic materials was also optimized. By analyzing the volume resistivity and the number of friction adsorption cards,the optimum scheme of wet dyeing and finishing was determined. In the optimum scheme 4,betaine is selected as antistatic material and the usage is 6%,better antistatic performance is obtained. In addition,different kinds of conductive filler materials were processed in finishing and the conductive carbon black was chose with dosage of 2. 5%. By such processing,the volume resistivity of the sample is only 10^1Ω·m,but the volume resistivity of the conventional finishing sample is 2. 87 × 10^7Ω·m,the volume resistivity is reduced obviously.
