PNA/PPG型水性聚氨酯贴合料的制备与应用 被引量:1

摘要 以耐水解性较好的聚己二酸新戊二醇酯二元醇(PNA)和聚氧化丙烯二元醇(PPG)为主要起始原料,在n(PNA)/n(PPG)=8/2、n(NCO)/n(OH)=1.5、ω(二羟甲基丙酸)=5.5%和ω(三羟甲基丙烷)=0.4%的条件下与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)反应,制得用于半PU合成革的水性聚氨酯(WPU)贴合料。研究了软段分子链结构、n(PNA)/n(PPG)和三羟甲基丙烷用量等对WPU贴合料的剥离强度、100%模量和耐湿热性能的影响。应用结果表明:制得的WPU贴合料可用于半PU合成革生产线,当上料量为80g/m2时,PVC与涤纶基布的贴合强度达到3.0kg/3cm,温度70℃相对湿度95%,7d后为1.9kg/3cm,满足半PU合成革产品指标。 Polyneopentylene adipate glycol( PNA) with high hydrolysis resistance and polyoxypropylene glycol( PPG) were selected as main initial materials which then reacted with toluene diisocynate( TDI),a kind of waterborne polyurethane( WPU)binder that can be applied to the PU / PVC leather was obtained at the following conditions: mol ratios n( PNA) / n( PPG) = 8 /2,n( NCO) / n( OH) = 1. 5,DMPA = 5. 5wt% and TMP = 0. 4wt%. Influence of soft segment structure,molar ratio of n( PNA) / n( PPG) and content of TMP on the T- peel strength,100% modulus and heat- humidity resistance of WPU adhesives were investigated respectively. Application test of WPU adhesives on the PU / PVC production line indicates that the peel strength between PVC and polyester fabric could reach to 3. 0 kg·3cm- 1and still keeps 1. 9 kg·3cm- 1after 7- day constant- temperature- and- humidity test at 70℃ and 95% RH,when WPU dosage is 80 g / m^2,which meets the products index of the PU/PVC leather.
