摘要 运用文献资料检索和归纳与演绎等方法,以裸足跑与运动损伤为研究对象,从裸足跑的生物力学特征,裸足跑对降低损伤风险的作用和机制,以及裸足跑步者下肢损伤的发生和预防等角度,综述了国内外在该领域的研究进展,以期为今后针对裸足跑的进一步研究提供参考。结果表明,目前没有研究可以确切的证实裸足跑与损伤预防有相关性。裸足跑的研究应尽可能在真实环境中进行,以证实裸足跑的方式是否比穿鞋跑更有利于损伤的预防。跑步者欲从穿鞋跑转变为裸足跑,应逐渐增加裸足跑或穿赤足鞋的跑步时间,以适应裸足跑的运动方式,避免损伤的发生。 Taking the barefoot running and the risk of injuries as research subject,it reviewed the research progress of biomechanical characteristics of barefoot running at home and abroad with the method of literature review as well as inductive and deductive ways. The effect and mechanism of barefoot running in reducing injury rates and preventing lower limb injury were introduced.The results show that there is no evidence to prove that there are correlation between injury prevention and barefoot running. It is necessary to do further research on barefoot running in the real environment,which is helpful for proving that whether injury rates are lower in the barefoot as compared with the shod running. If the runner decides to make the switch from shod to barefoot running,the change should be done by gradually increasing the amount of time running barefoot or with minimalist shoe wear,in order to avoid the injuries.
