摘要
针对皮具制品上圆珠笔迹的清洗问题,采用以乙醇和水为溶剂,以AES、AEO-9、OP-10为表面活性剂,添加自配的以杂油醇为主要成分的助表面活性剂、以二甘醇单醚、缩醛二醇类为主要成分的助溶剂等,配制成清洗剂,参照QB/T 2117-95通用水基金属净洗剂的方法,采用超声波清洗机清洗皮具制品的圆珠笔迹,并测定清洗率及清洗效果。结果表明:清洗剂中AES为8%、AEO-9为5%、OP-10为2%、助表面活性剂为2%、助溶剂为6%时,其清洗率达到95%以上,为保正皮具制品清洗后的柔软度、光泽度,可在配方中加入适量的水溶性羊毛脂、油醇醚。
A new cleaning agent was reported to remove the ballpoint pen ink on the leather,in which alcohol and water as the solvents,AES,AEO- 9 and OP- 10 as the surfactants,fusel oils as mainly gradient of synthetic co-surfactants,as well as,the synthetic co-solvents containing diethylene glycol monoether and glycol acetal. Based on the common cleaning method( QB / T2117- 95) of water- based metal,cleaning rate was detected by ultrasonic cleanser. The results show that cleaning rate can up to 95% when the cleaning agents contain AES( 8%),AEO- 9( 5%),OP- 10( 2%),cosurfactants( 2%) and cosolvents( 6%). In order to guarantee the softness and gloss of the leather after cleaning,water- soluble lanolin and oleyl ether can be added to the cleaning agent.
