摘要 分析了具有阈值特性的双极性忆阻器模型的阈值电压和高低阻态开关特性,提出了一种基于该模型的可重配置逻辑电路。与基于忆阻器的蕴含逻辑门电路相比,可重配置逻辑电路具备逻辑运算的完备性,在实现"非"、"或"、"与"运算时,运算速度更快、功耗更低。仿真实验验证了电路逻辑功能的正确性,为设计运算速度更快、功耗更低的全加器和数选器等逻辑电路提供了参考。 The characteristics of threshold voltage and resistive switching of bipolar memristive system with threshold were analyzed.A memristor based reconfigurable logic circuit with completeness of logic operations was proposed.When NOT,OR,AND logic were executed,the proposed design had great advantages in terms of operation speed and power consumption in comparison with the memristor-based IMPLY logic gates.The logic operation was verified by Pspice simulation.The research conclusions provided a guide for the designs of full adder,multiplexer and other digital logic circuits which had higher operation speed and lower power consumption.
