K_xMnO_2的溶胶-凝胶法制备及其表征

摘要 以KHCO3,Mn(Ac)2和柠檬酸(CA)为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备含钾柠檬酸锰配合物凝胶前驱体,煅烧前驱体获得目标产物,并运用XRD,FTIR,SEM等分析手段对产物进行表征.实验结果表明,当n(Mn)∶n(CA)=1,n(K)∶n(Mn)=0.17~0.3,煅烧温度800℃时,可以获得一种结构与隐钾锰类似,含有Mn8O16隧道结构的锰基嵌钾化合物KxMnO2晶体,SEM结果显示其微观形貌表现为规则扁平状薄片. The sol-gel preparation and characterization of Mn-based K-intercalating compounds KxMnO2 were investigated.The objected materials were obtained by calcining gel precursors of K-contained manganese citrate complexes through a sol-gel route with using KHCO3,Mn(Ac)2,and citric acid(CA)as raw materials,and the products were characterized by XRD,FTIR,and SEM.The results show that a crystal of K-intercalating compound KxMnO2 can be obtained which is cryptomelane-like in structure and has the channel structure of Mn8O16,when n(Mn)∶n(CA)=1,n(K)∶n(Mn)=0.17~0.3,and the calcining temperature is 800 ℃.The SEM image shows that the particles of this crystal compound have flake-like morphologies which are regular and flat.
