高校学生隐私权是学生在遵循学校管理制度和生活环境的前提下,享有的不影响公共利益的对私人信息、私人活动以及私人生活空间的控制权。其权利具有狭窄性、受限性、脆弱性、相对性等本质特征。高校学生管理要体现现代法治平等精神,要通过构建完善的法律制度、规范管理秩序、提高教师的法治意识、创设学生救济制度等措施,切实担当起保护学生隐私权的义务。

The privacy right of college students is the control right of private information,private activities and private living space under the premise of following the school management system and the living environment in spite of influencing the public interests. The privacy right has the characteristics of being narrow, limited, vulnerable, relative and so on. The management of college students should reflect the modern rule of law spirit of equality by constructing a perfect legal system, standardizing the management order,improving the teachers＇ awareness of the rule of law,establishing the student relief system and other measures to take on the responsibilities of protecting the student privacy right effectively.
