摘要
汉英同传中汉语长句的处理,既是口译学习者学习的难点,也让口译教师捉襟见肘。通过分析一篇汉语演讲内容,梳理了介词开头句和"的"字结构句两类汉语长句的同传策略,即语境预测法、随时调整法、动词加补法、英语介词法、介宾为主法、谓语前置法、等待法、参考文件法这八种方法,供口译教师、研究人员、语言学家和口译学习者参考。
Tackling long sentences in Chinese-to-English simultaneous interpreting is difficult for both interpreting learners and teachers. After analyzing a Chinese speech text, the paper discusses simultaneous interpreting techniques for two types of long Chinese sentences,i.e. contextual prediction,real-time adjustment,verb plus addition,English preposition,preposition object as subject, frontward predicate, waiting, and referring to documents, hoping to serve as a reference for interpreting trainers,researchers,linguists and interpreting trainees.
