新形势下高校隐性思想政治教育现存问题及对策

The Existing Problems and Countermeasures of the Recessive Ideological and Political Education in Universities under the New Situation

新形势下,高校思想政治教育环境日益复杂多样,而在高校思想政治教育实践中,长期偏重于显性教育模式,而对兴起于国外的隐性教育模式重视不足。究其原因,既有理论研究的欠缺,也有教育理念的落后,更有隐性教育资源开发不足等问题。高校思想政治教育应积极发挥隐性教育模式的优势,从教育理念的更新、校园文化的整合提升、显性教育与隐性教育相互融合、"互联网+"思想政治教育平台的打造和全社会的共同参与五个方面构建隐性思想政治教育平台,从而形成显性教育模式与隐性教育模式相得益彰的立体思想政治教育模式。

Under the new situation,the ideological and political education environment is complicated,and in the ideological and political education practice,the long-term emphasis is placed on the dominant mode of education and less attention is paid to recessive education mode.The reason is not only the lack of theoretical research, but is also due to the educational philosophy behind,more implicit education resources development and other issues.The ideological and political education in universities should actively play its role in the advantage of the mode of implicit education. Based on the renewal of education idea,we should enhance the integration of campus culture, the mutual integration of explicit education and implicit education, create＂ Internet plus＂ideological and political education platform and the joint participation of the whole society in five aspects to construct the Recessive Ideological and political education platform,thus forming the model of the three-dimensional ideological and political education of the dominant mode of education and recessive education mode.
