摘要
在永磁风力发电机运行过程中偏心故障时有发生,对风电机组安全稳定运行造成系列影响。基于有限元理论,通过Ansoft Maxwell软件建立了1.2 MW永磁风力发电机二维偏心模型。推导了永磁发电机在偏心故障下的气隙磁密和不平衡磁拉力的解析式。采用参数化仿真,对偏心故障下风力发电机定、转子及发电质量所受影响进行了分析,得出发电机在不同偏心程度下气隙磁密、磁拉力、感应电势和损耗的变化规律。
When rotor eccentricity has occurred during the operation of permanent magnet wind generator,a series of problems in safe and stable operation of wind turbines were probably inescapable. An 1. 2 MW eccentric permanent magnet wind generator of two-dimensional model was established,which based on finite element theory,by Ansoft Maxwell software. The instantaneous magnetic field distribution in the air gap of a permanent magnet generator and unbalanced radial magnetic forces under eccentric type have been calculated. Using the parameters of the simulation,the impact on wind turbines ' stator,rotor and power quality had been analyzed. The variation of the magnetic flux density,unbalanced magnetic pull,induced currents and losses in the generator under different degrees of eccentricity had been investigated.
