摘要
为确诊贵州省安顺市某土鸡养殖场暴发的疫病,无菌挑取病鸡的心、肝、脾和全血分别接种至血琼脂平板、TSA平板和麦康凯琼脂平板进行细菌培养,分离菌经革兰氏染色、生化实验,PCR鉴定、药敏实验和动物致病性实验。结果:分离菌为多杀性巴氏杆菌,该菌对庆大霉素、米诺环素中度敏感,对环丙沙星、诺氟沙星等其他药物不敏感。结论:实验成功分离鉴定了一株鸡多杀性巴氏杆菌。根据药敏实验指导该场用药后,疫情得到控制。
In order to determine the main pathogenic bacteria types which lead the death of an avian farm in anshun,Guizhou province. The heart,liver and spleen of avian was inoculated in avian blood nutrient agar plate,TSA plate and general nutrition agar plate respectively,from which then was isolated and purified. Dased on gram stain,biochemical test,PCR test,drug susceptibility test and pathogenic experiments on animals,the results showed that the isolated bacteria was Pasteurella multocida,which was medium sensitive to gentamicin and minocycline,but was not sensitive to ciprofloxacin,norfloxacin and so on. Conclusion: the experiment was successfully isolated an avian Pasteurella multocida. According to the result of the drug susceptibility test,the ill avian was controlled and recovered.
