摘要
针对以往汛期分期的方法存在考虑因素单一、主观性强的缺点,引进Fisher最优分割法,同时利用主成分分析法计算出各指标的权重,以改进原Fisher把每一个指标权重看作相等的缺点。以吴城水库为例,使用该改进的方法对吴城水库汛期进行划分,并与模糊集合分析法进行比较。结果表明,该方法可信,符合实际。
The traditional flood season division methods are highly subjective. To get over these disadvantages Fisher optimal partition method is proposed. Meanwhile, the principal component analysis is used to calculate the weight of each index, and the weight of each index is introduced to correct the shortcomings of Fisher optimal partition method for each of the indexes equally important. By means of Wucheng Reservoir as an instance, this paper uses the modified method to divide the flood seasons of Wucheng Reservoir, and compares fuzzy set analysis method. Results show that the proposed method is reliable and truthful.
