The Relationship between the Penalty Value of Simple Water Resources System and the Operation Policy in Water Resources Management Model

定量分析了WRMM模型中罚值、操作策略与罚值系统之间关系;通过简单水资源系统在不同操作策略中罚值的相对大小,定义不同元件在水资源系统中罚值的相对取值范围;结果表明了罚值、操作策略与罚值系统之间的内在联系;为WRMM模型中罚值系统的运用提供了理论依据,并为复杂水资源系统罚值系统的研究提供了参考。

This paper analyzes the relationship between quantitative penalty, operating policies and penalty system in WRMM model. Through simple water resources system in different operation policies of penalty value the magnitude relative, different components in water resources system in the relative value range of penalty value are defined. The results have shown the relationship between the penalty value, the operation policies and the penalty value system. WRMM model for the application of the penalty system provides a theoretical basis and a reference for the study of complex water resources system penalty system.
