摘要
射频识别机器人技术是一种在现代工业广泛使用的技术,具有高度自动化和智能化的特点,能最大限度的节约人力和物力资源,文中基于机器人技术研究了电能表纸箱的拆箱过程,分析了机器人技术在电能表纸箱拆箱中应用的可行性,对系统布局和拆箱的过程进行了规划,并对机械系统的夹具框架、吸盘、剪扎带等进行了设计,给出了系统驱动等软件部分的设计思路,最终对视觉检测系统的软硬件进行了分析和设计,理论和实际的应用表明,基于机器人技术的电能表拆箱机具有完全自动化的特点,工作效率也得到了大幅提高。
Radio frequency identification technology of robot is a kind of widely used in modern industrial technology, has the characteristics of high automation and high intelligence, to the maximum to save manpower and material resources, based on the robot unpacking process of electric meter box, analyzed the robot technology in electric energy meter application feasibility in the carton unpacking, the process of system layout and unpacking the planning, on the fixture frame, sucker, shear band of mechanical system design, gives the design ideas of the system drive software, hardware and software at the end of the visual detection system are analyzed and designed, shows the theoretical and practical application, robot technology the electric energy meter has the characteristics of fully automated equipment unpacking based on, work efficiency has been greatly improved.
