摘要
师资队伍及其水平是决定高校竞争成败的关键因素,师资队伍建设影响到一所高校的学术地位和综合实力。省属师范大学的师资队伍建设不仅事关本校的办学质量,还影响到本省中小学教育的可持续发展。本文以浙江师范大学和江西师范大学为考察对象,采用实证方法对两校的教师队伍及其建设进行对比分析,寻求两者的共性,找出两者的差异,进而提出优化高校教师队伍结构、提高教学科研绩效的对策建议。
The teachers and their level are the key factors that determine the success of the competition, and the construction of teacher team also affects the academic status and the comprehensive strength of a university. The faculty building of provincial normal university is not only related to the teaching quality of the university itself, but it also affect the sustainable development paper takes Zhejiang Normal University and methods to carry on the contrast analysis, to countermeasure proposal that can optimize the of the primary and middle school education in the province. This Jiangxi Normal University as the research objects, using empirical find out their similarities and differences, and put forward to the teaching staff structure of the universities, and improve the teaching and research performance.
