省属师范大学师资队伍建设的比较——基于浙江师范大学与江西师范大学的调研

师资队伍及其水平是决定高校竞争成败的关键因素，师资队伍建设影响到一所高校的学术地位和综合实力。省属师范大学的师资队伍建设不仅事关本校的办学质量，还影响到本省中小学教育的可持续发展。本文以浙江师范大学和江西师范大学为考察对象，采用实证方法对两校的教师队伍及其建设进行对比分析，寻求两者的共性，找出两者的差异，进而提出优化高校教师队伍结构、提高教学科研绩效的对策建议。
