卓越班师范生与普通师范生教师职业认同感比较研究——以A大学为例 被引量:1

A Comparison of the Professional Identification of the Excellent Normal Students and the Ordinary Normal Students with University A as An Example

摘要 采用师范生职业认同感量表对A大学卓越班师范生与普通师范生进行调查。结果表明:卓越班师范生在教师职业认同感及其四个维度(职业效能、职业价值、职业意愿与期望、职业意志)均显著高于普通师范生;卓越班男师范生在教师职业认同感及其四个维度与普通男师范生相比并无显著差异,卓越班女师范生在教师职业认同感及其四个维度均显著高于普通女师范生,卓越班女师范生的职业认同感、职业意愿与期望均高于卓越班男师范生;不同年级的卓越班师范生的教师职业认同感及其各个维度均显著高于相应年级的普通师范生,卓越班师范生的职业认同感及其四个维度在不同年级之间不存在显著差异;除了职业价值维度,不管是文科生还是理科生,卓越班师范生的教师职业认同总体均高于普通师范生,文理专业的卓越班师范生在职业认同感及其各个维度上并没有显著差异。 A survey was conducted to investigate the excellent students and the general students in a normal university by using the quantization table of the professional identity of the normal university students. The results show that the excellent students were significantly higher in teachers 'occupation identity and its four dimensions( occupation self-efficacy,occupation value,occupation expectation and occupation will) than that of normal students; There is little difference in teachers' occupation identity and its four dimensions( occupation self-efficacy,occupation value,occupation expectation and occupation will) between the excellent male normal students and the ordinary male college students. The excellent female students were significantly higher in teachers ' occupation identity and its four dimensions( occupation self-efficacy,occupation value,occupation expectation and occupation will) than that of the ordinary female college students. Occupation identity of excellence,sense of occupation expectation of the female students was higher than that of the male students. The excellent students of different degrades were higher in teachers' occupation identity and its four dimensions( occupation self-efficacy,occupation value,occupation expectation and occupation will) than that of the ordinary students; there is no obvious difference in teachers' occupation identity and its four dimensions( occupation self-efficacy,occupation value,occupation expectation and occupation will) among students of different degrades. in addition to occupation value,of the liberal-arts and science students,excellent students' occupation identity were generally higher than the ordinary students,and there is no significant difference in teachers' occupation identity and its four dimensions( occupation self-efficacy, occupation value, occupation expectation and occupation will) between students of liberal-arts and students of science.
