摘要
在酸性条件下 ,亚铁氰化钾与硫酸亚铁反应 ,经空气氧化生成蓝色络合物。采用分光光度法测定盐渍黄瓜中亚铁氰化钾含量 ,方法简便、快速。
In acid solution,potassium ferrocynide reacted with ferrous sulfate,the reactant became blue in air.The potassium ferrocynide in salted cucumber could be determinated by spectrophotometric method.The method was convenient,fast and accurate.
